Withdrawal Terms

• Withdrawals can only be made to the same payment method used for the deposit.
• Withdrawals above ৳10,000 may be held if identity verification has not been completed.
• If suspicious activity is detected, Sportybet may suspend a withdrawal and conduct an investigation.
• Withdrawals to third-party accounts are not permitted.

General Bet Settlement Policy

• If a match is abandoned or postponed, bets are generally considered void and stakes are refunded.
• Bets accepted in live betting cannot be changed once placed.

• If a selection in an accumulator bet is voided, that selection is counted as odds of 1.00.
• In the event of a disputed result, the decision of the relevant official sports authority is final.

Betting Limits

A maximum bet limit applies to each event and market. These limits may vary based on match significance and odds. Higher limits apply for VIP members.

Key Terms of the Welcome Bonus

• The Welcome Bonus applies only once to a new member's first deposit.
• The bonus amount must be wagered 15 times before a withdrawal can be made.
• If the wagering requirement is not met within 30 days of receiving the bonus, the bonus will be forfeited.
• Bets placed using a bonus must have minimum odds of 1.50.

• Arbitrage Betting — Attempting to make risk-free profits by exploiting incorrect odds or promotional offers.
• Account hacking or unauthorised access to the system।
• Money Laundering — Attempting to launder money through the betting platform.
